The loveliest experience from start to finish. The most spacious room and the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. Reception has constant free refreshments, fizzy sweets, an ice cold ice creams on request for guests in the summer months and an ice machine to help yourself. Such a thoughtful but lovely gesture included in your price. Breakfast buffet includes cava/ mimosa options (included already in the breakfast buffet price if that’s your vibe!) and on Friday nights they do a DJ and free snack/ nibbles in the front lounge! What a delight and such lovely staff! Made two Irish girls feel very welcome and safe to the city of Antwerp! Would recommend to all such wonderful stay!

We booked this hotel because we had concert tickets at the Elisabeth Concert Hall. The Hotel is within easy walking distance to the Concert Hall. The check-in was easy, the room was quiet, although you could see the train tracks to the neighbouring Central Station. The best surprise was the breakfast - never seen so many choices of plant based products - well done. We will definitely book this hotel again. To park the car, we used the Interparking Central - pre-booked parking guarantees a spot - and sooooo many spots to charge an electric car - pleasant surprise.

However, they charge around 12-13 euro for room service which was little uncommon for me as internation traveler. This was the first hotel where room service just to deliver the food to room I paid however, the way he bring in the table was indeed NICE! Hotel room is just behind the beautiful Antwerp train central station highly recommend for people coming for tomorrowland or travel. Reception staff was friendly. Breakfast is ok.

The staffs at the reception and bar were welcoming. Big shout out to the guy at the reception (sorry didn't ask his name) who was very helpful since Day 1 in regards to parking, transport mode and gave ideas of some hidden gems to visit. The hotel was very dog friendly and my dog even received a small welcoming gift.

There was even champagne (!) I need to go back! The room was perfect, pretty spacious and very clean.
