The loveliest experience from start to finish. The most spacious room and the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. Reception has constant free refreshments, fizzy sweets, an ice cold ice creams on request for guests in the summer months and an ice machine to help yourself. Such a thoughtful but lovely gesture included in your price. Breakfast buffet includes cava/ mimosa options (included already in the breakfast buffet price if that’s your vibe!) and on Friday nights they do a DJ and free snack/ nibbles in the front lounge! What a delight and such lovely staff! Made two Irish girls feel very welcome and safe to the city of Antwerp! Would recommend to all such wonderful stay!

The staff was very friendly upon our arrival. The room is extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Overall is was a great experience though. Great breakfast though with gluten free options upon request.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied, tasty and very good. Bar food was very tasty as well and the cocktails well prepared. Gym had all the necessary equipment. The staffs at the reception and bar were welcoming. Big shout out to the guy at the reception (sorry didn't ask his name) who was very helpful since Day 1 in regards to parking, transport mode and gave ideas of some hidden gems to visit. The hotel was very dog friendly and my dog even received a small welcoming gift.

Very clean, stylish lobby, but most of all: THE BREAKFAST. It was the best hotel breakfast I ever had! I wish I could eat more, so that I could have tried everything. Very vegetarian / vegan friendly, they even had several plant-based milks, but also a chickpea salad, guacamole, delicious hash browns, sweet options... the chocolate bun was so fresh. There was even champagne (!) I need to go back! The room was perfect, pretty spacious and very clean.

We booked this hotel because we had concert tickets at the Elisabeth Concert Hall. The Hotel is within easy walking distance to the Concert Hall. The check-in was easy, the room was quiet, although you could see the train tracks to the neighbouring Central Station. The best surprise was the breakfast - never seen so many choices of plant based products - well done. We will definitely book this hotel again. To park the car, we used the Interparking Central - pre-booked parking guarantees a spot - and sooooo many spots to charge an electric car - pleasant surprise.
